After a record-setting athletic career as a wide receiver for the
University of Arizona Wildcats, Jay traded his football pads for a badge
and gun as a Special Agent with America’s violent crime police force - the U.S. Bureau of
Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATFE). Within a week in the field he was taken hostage and shot through the back and chest.
He is a highly decorated agent who's worked for the U.S. Bureau of
Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATFE) for more than twenty years. For his
work on Operation Black Biscuit, he was awarded the ATF Distinguished
Service Medal and also a prestigious Top Cops award from the National
Association of Police Officers.
Jay is the author of the New York Times "Best Seller" "No Angel" which he wrote about his undercover assignment "Operation Black Biscuit" where he infiltrated the Hells Angels and became a member of this criminal organization.
