Bob Cooke, Special Agent in Charge for the California Dept of Justice, Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement, San Jose Regional Office.
The San Jose office area of responsibility covers the counties of San Mateo, Alameda, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Benito and Monterey.
Bob is the Regional Director of southwestern states for the National Narcotic Officers' Association Coalition (NNOAC). The NNOAC represents more than 48,000 officers and 44 state associations. In 2005 Bob Cooke was the President of the California Narcotic Officers' Association (CNOA) representing more than 7,000 local, state and federal law enforcement officers throughout California.
Bob brings 28 years of police experience dealing with drugs, gangs, training and policies. He has met with numerous members of the State Legislator and US Congress regarding drug and gang legislation, providing them with regional information on trends and issues to develop state and national strategies.
