Board of Directors - John Jefferson

John Jefferson began his Law Enforcement career with the Humboldt County Juvenile Probation Department in 1987. In June of 1989, he moved to juvenile probation with the Santa Clara County Probation Department.

In 1994, he was hired with the California Youth Authority and worked as a Youth Counselor at N.A Chaderjian Facility in Stockton California. He returned to Santa Clara County Probation in 1996, only this time working in the Adult Division. His most notable assignments included the Intensive Domestic Violence Unit and an assignment with San Jose Police Department's Narcotics Unit.

In February 2000, he began my career with the California Department of Corrections as a Parole Agent assigned to the San Jose area. In April 2002, he was hired by the California Department of Correction's Fugitive Apprehension Team, investigating active parolees involved in ongoing gang activity and locating and apprehending parolees that have absconded parole supervision.
