CCGIA Registration Refund Policy

CCGIA will refund tuition money under the following circumstances:

Written cancellation prior to 7 days from the first day of class - a refund will be given to the student or agency. A refund fee will apply to all refunds that originated via credit card to cover credit card fees.

Less than 7 days cancellation notice - the money will be applied to any other CCGIA training event. No money refunds will be given except in exigent circumstances.

If you register a student (regardless if you have paid or not), and do not show up for training or provide less than 7 days cancellation notice - you will be billed for the actual cost of all materials and expenses spent on your student at that time. For example, if you register a student who does not show up for the conference, and you have not cancelled their registration, your agency will be billed for all meals and materials that were ordered on their behalf.
